Chi Neh Lum

Chi Neh Lum, PMHNP-BC, serves as the Medical Director of ELKA Healthcare Services, LLC, where she provides clinical leadership and oversight for the organization's psychiatric and behavioral health services. As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Chi is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes mental wellness, recovery, and improved quality of life for individuals and families.

With extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management, Chi specializes in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), schizophrenia, and other serious mental illnesses. She is committed to developing individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs while fostering dignity, empowerment, and long-term success.

As Medical Director, Chi provides oversight of psychiatric evaluations, medication management services, clinical protocols, and quality improvement initiatives. He works collaboratively with ELKA's multidisciplinary team of therapists, social workers, rehabilitation specialists, and administrative leaders to ensure the delivery of integrated, person-centered behavioral healthcare services that meet the highest standards of clinical excellence.
