Teeh Tinsley, LMSW, serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Compliance Officer of ELKA Healthcare Services, LLC, where he provides executive leadership, operational oversight, and regulatory compliance management across the organization's behavioral health programs. With a strong foundation in social work and healthcare administration, Teeh is dedicated to ensuring that ELKA delivers exceptional, person-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of quality, ethics, and compliance.

As Chief Operating Officer, Teeh oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, including program implementation, staff development, performance management, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic growth efforts. He works closely with executive leadership and clinical teams to ensure operational efficiency, service excellence, and positive outcomes for the individuals and families served by ELKA.

In his role as Compliance Officer, Teeh is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs that support adherence to Federal, State, and Local regulations, including behavioral health licensing requirements, Medicaid standards, privacy and confidentiality regulations, and organizational policies. He leads ongoing compliance reviews, risk management activities, staff training initiatives, and quality assurance processes designed to promote accountability, continuous improvement, and regulatory excellence.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, Teeh brings a unique perspective that combines operational leadership with a deep understanding of the social, emotional, and behavioral health needs of clients.
